Job Description:

The Secure Development sales representative will have an amazing capability to respond to customer needs. Our software, Service Resource Planning, is centered around getting our customers to their customers on time so you must be able to excel at timeliness and responsiveness. You will be located in the Pacific Northwest and initially your focus will be on customers in this area. You will be responsible for customer acquisition across a broad market of customers who will benefit from increased efficiencies in their mobile workforce. You must be able to design and execute the entire sales process; forecasting, prospecting, building the pipeline, and closing the sale. This role is expected to conduct extensive cold calling and networking to find our next customers. You will also be expect to participate in product design based on details you gather from customers. Your time spent in a face to face customer service role will be highly valued.
